Lenin has built revenue cycle teams and developed a talent for both hospitals and medical practices.

Lenin began his career in healthcare as a medical biller learning the intricacies of revenue cycle processes and best practices. He advanced to become the Operations Manager for an international medical billing company that serviced clients across the United States. Lenin has played an integral role in establishing Impact as one of the nation’s premier medical billing companies providing services to rural hospitals.

Lenin oversees hiring, training, day-to-day revenue cycle operations, and customer accounts. He also serves as the primary administrator of personnel. Lenin is highly skilled in recognizing employees’ strengths and directing employees to leverage those strengths and achieve an individual’s full potential.
